Bill grew up in Brookline, MA. He was the husband of Laura (Smith) Lynch, son of the late James and Mary (Connelly) Lynch, father of William, Katherine, Timothy, Justine, Valerie, Philip and Andrew. He is the brother of Sally McMorrow, Robert, John, and Martha Harney and the late James, Paul, Michael, David and Mary Jane Bowen. He leaves 13 grandchildren. He served in the US Army and retired from the Brookline Police Department. He was a "Jack of all trades, master of none". Some of his pursuits were professional wrestler, merchant seaman, and salesman. Most recently he worked for FEMA in logistics. He was a full-time RVer and was a long-time member of the N. Attleboro Elks Lodge #1011. A gathering to celebrate his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, "do something special for yourself".

To my family and friends, don't mourn my passing. Nobody has ever made it out of here alive. Rejoice in the memory of the laughs and tears we have shared. I feel very fortunate to have experienced this life with such wonderful family and friends, in the greatest country on earth. What more could one ask for? Thanks to all of you.
