Enos, Walter L., Jr. In Brookline on January 24, 2016, at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Mary L. (Lennon) Enos. Devoted father of Pat Bernier and her husband Michael, Nancy Roy and her husband Phil all of West Roxbury and Jack Enos and his wife Barbara of Lynnfield. Loving companion of Carol Lennon of Brookline. Cherished grandfather of Brian and Tom Bernier, Nicole Phifer, Kim Keegan, Tim Roy, Sean, Chris and Dan Enos and the late Michelle Bernier. Adored great grandfather of fourteen. Dear brother of Robert Enos and his wife Barbara of Centerville, Carol Keane of Natick and her late husband Robert, and the late Paul Enos and his surviving wife Dorothy of Manchester by the Sea. Brother in law of Clare Hourihan and her husband Tom of Needham, Sr. Thomas Aquinas, SSJ of Amherst, NY., and the late Helena Tobin and her surviving husband James of Brighton, Mary's twin sister, the late Teresa Shah and her husband Saleem, the late Joseph F. Lennon and his surviving wife Steliane of Lynnfield. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington St., BROOKLINE, Friday morning at 9:30 followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 10:30. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 8:00. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Walter was a devoted family man, and an avid boater, and he enjoyed many happy Summers at Peddocks Island, Boston Harbor. Walter served as a Paratrooper with the U.S. Army during WWII, late member I.B.E.W Local 103, former employee N.E. Telephone and retiree of Verizon, lifetime member Quincy Yacht Club.
