His patients appreciated his compassionate care and he was honored to be acknowledged for his hard work by receiving Boston Magazine's "Top Docs" in Medical Oncology.
Tim cherished his family and enjoyed attending his daughter's frequent sporting events and other family activities. He loved music, adventure, and especially in the outdoors. TIm particularly enjoyed hiking, cross country skiing, biking, running, sailing, swimming, and gardening and shared these passions with family and friends. For 30 years, he looked forward to his annual vacations in the Adirondacks and Lake Champlain spending time with people he loved. Tim challenged himself to recreate the Italian recipes he remembered from his grandmother, testing new flavors, and preparing meals for the family's blended Jewish and Catholic traditions. For the last several years, he walked favorite routes around Brookline enjoying the hills and green spaces.
