FERRIS, Thomas J. "Tom". Of Brookline passed away on January 22, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Ruth (Cook) Ferris. Loving father of Patrica M. Habibi and her husband Hamid of Nashua, NH., Thomas P. Ferris and his wife Carol of Medfield and Christine M. Rivera and her husband Jorge of Holliston. Adored papa of Alexander, Michael, Jason, Emily, Tommy and Lee. Cherished brother of Maureen Constantine of Medway, Barbara Dias of Norwood and the late James Ferris of Duxbury. Dear brother in law of Ann and Gerard Brennan of Framingham. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington St., Brookline on Monday Jan. 31st at 10:00 followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 11:00. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Sunday Jan. 30th from 2:00 - 6:00. (Facial coverings must be worn in the funeral home and church.) Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. An avid traveler Tom enjoyed his many trips to Aruba "One Happy Island."He is the late owner of the former Ferris Texaco Service Station in Brookline, past President and Board Member Granada House and Retired Employee of the JFK School of Government.
