PENDER, Stephen W. Of Medfield, formerly of Brookline and West Roxbury passed away peacefully after a long illness on April 29, 2025. Beloved son of Bernice (Curran) Pender of Medfield and the late William F. Pender, Jr. Dear brother of Janice Pender and her husband Brian Walsh and Eric F. Pender and his wife Francine all of Medfield, William Pender and his wife Kim of Marshfield and Laura Doherty and her husband Sean of Sandwich. Cherished uncle of Nicole Dudock and her husband Garrett, Alyssa Pender and Ava Pender. Also survived by his aunt, uncle, cousins and many friends.

An avid golfer Stephen was member of the George Wright Golf Course and loved movies and history.

Visiting hours will be held in the Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington St., Brookline on Monday May 5th from 4:00 – 7:00. A Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday morning in the funeral home at 11:00. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment will be private.
