Julia Crosby Lundrigan died suddenly on Saturday July 15, 2017. She left before her time on a gorgeous day, full of promise and love. Julia will always be remembered for her grace and poise. She was so very smart, resourceful, and determined. She was an amazing soul. She exuded life and made so many times better just by existing. We will remember her courage during difficult times and we know that she is now at rest, without pain. She is survived by devoted friends and the true love of her entire family: her wonderful children Morgan Marie, Shane Stephen and Eleanor Katherine; her parents Janice Crosby of West Roxbury, Stephen Crosby and Karen Komisar of Gloucester; her grandmother Katherine Tumiski of Canton; her sisters Alexandra Crosby and Natalia Crosby along with Jason Ellow; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family, including Peggy Lundrigan, Jim and Barbara Lundrigan; and her husband John Lundrigan. At the time of her passing, we hope that Julia could feel all this love, even as the cloud of her illness remained. Visitation for Julia will be held at Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington Street, Brookline, MA, 02445 on Sunday, July 23, 2017 from 3-6pm, with a prayer service at 5:30pm. A private internment for the family will be held at Mount Auburn Cemetery at 580 Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge, MA 02138 on Monday, July 24, 2017. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her children's education through The Crosby Lundrigan Fund at Eastern Bank, 1255 Centre Street, B166, Newton, MA 02459. Julia loved her children's successes and knew they would achieve great things in this world.
