RILEY, Janet F. (Pothier). Of Brookline, formerly of West Roxbury passed away peacefully on December 19, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Paul T. Riley (Ret. Sgt. Brookline Police). Devoted daughter of the late Onezim and Clara Pothier. Loving mother of Fr. Dan Riley of Newton, Stephen Riley and Paul Riley both of Dedham Kathy Haapaoja and her husband Carl of Mansfield, Edward Riley and his wife Susan of Nashua, NH., Gail Corcoran and her husband Craig of Brookline and Dennis E. Riley and his wife Katie of Mansfield. Dear sister of the late Mildred Thurston, Doris Prior, Marion Cronin and Louise Jeffrey. Also survived by her adored 19 grandchildren, 4 cherished great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington St., Brookline on Tuesday morning December 23rd at 10:00 followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Lawrence Church, Chestnut Hill at 11:00. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Monday December 22nd from 4:00 – 7:00. Interment Walnut Hills Cemetery. Retired employee Brookline School.
