MacGILLIVRAY, Jane (Power). Of Brookline passed away peacefully on March 6, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Allan S. MacGillivray. Loving mother of Scott and his wife Jan of Natick, Peter and his wife Cheryl of Westwood, Kate of Brookline and Jane Tavolieri and her husband Mario of Newton. Adored "Gran" of Alec and Bryn MacGillivray and her fiancé Denny Lynch and Mario, Emma and Sophie Tavolieri. Devoted daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Love) Power. Dear sister of Elizabeth "Betsy" Keohane and her husband Frank of Westwood and Susan Gallagher and her husband Edward of Hyannisport. Also survived by several cherished nieces and nephews. Jane enjoyed spending her time with her family and friends and her many summers in Ipswich. Retired Teacher Boston Public Schools. Graduate of Brookline High Class of 1951 and Boston University Class of 1955. Funeral from the Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington St., Brookline on Friday March 10th at 9:00 followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Lawrence Church, Chestnut Hill at 10:00. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 – 7:00. Interment Walnut Hills Cemetery.
