Hoon Tom

April 2, 1944 - August 11, 2024

Tom, Hoon passed away unexpectedly on Aug 11th, 2024. Beloved husband of Phyllis Tom for 60 years, loving father of Richard Tom and his wife Barbara Tom, Rickey Tom and Peter Tom and cherished grandfather of Alyssa Tom and Nicole Tom.

Hoon was devoted to his family. As a father, he was an inspiration and a best friend and always enjoyed meeting and sharing meals with family and friends. He was a dedicated employee of the Brookline Recreation Department for over 20 years and was adored by colleagues and students until his retirement in 2009.

Visiting hours will be at Bell-O-Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington St, Brookline on Saturday Aug 17th at 1-5 PM (EST). Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
