MELLO, Ernest G. "Ernie" of Dunbarton, NH, formerly of Brookline, West Roxbury and Florida, passed away peacefully with his loving family at his side on April 11th, 2023 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. He was 75 years old, born on March 29, 1948.

Beloved husband of Linda (DiCenzo) Mello, loving father of Keith (Vanessa) Mello of Dunbarton, NH, Kenneth (Joanna) Mello of Round Rock, TX and the late Laura Mello. Loving Grandpa of Gabriel, Aiden and Kolton Mello. Devoted son of the late Ernest and Lorette Mello. Dear brother of Alice Hynes of FL, Dorothy Duncan of Brighton, Richard Mello of Wrentham, Patricia Brown of Norfolk and Roger Mello of Shirley, and the late Robert Mello of West Roxbury. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington St., Brookline on Friday 4/14 from 4 to 7p.m. The funeral mass will be held at St. Mary of The Assumption Church, Brookline on Saturday, 4/15 at 10 a.m. immediately followed by internment at St. Joseph's Cemetery, West Roxbury. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
