WALKER, Derek A. Of Avon, formerly of Brookline and Holbrook passed away suddenly on February 12, 2022. Loving son of the late Edward A. and Emily M. (Moroney) Walker. Dear brother of Linda McDermott and her husband Jay of Bridgewater and Edward "Todd" Walker of Wrentham. Adored uncle to Joey McDermott and his fiancé Katie Chute and Emily McDermott all of Bridgewater. Also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Funeral from the Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington St., Brookline on Friday morning at 9:10 followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Brookline at 10:00. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Thursday from 3:00 - 7:00. (Facial coverings must be worn in the funeral home and church.) Interment will be private.
