Charles Mitchell Lattanzio, Sr. (Chuck), age 91 of East Dennis, MA, passed away on January 9th, 2026 in his home by the sea.

Chuck was born in Beaver Falls, PA to Charles and Celia Lattanzio on April 14th, 1934. He went to high school at Beaver Falls High School and then went on to earn a bachelor's degree from Penn State. After graduating from College, he joined the Coast Guard and was relocated to Boston, MA. There he met the love of his life Nancy M. O'Hearn and was married on September 28th 1963. In 1965, he started his own Company, Winbrook, and worked in partnership with his brother, Dale Lattanzio, until his retirement in 2003. In addition to growing his Company, Chuck was very much involved with the Community serving as a Board member at Brookline Cooperative Bank, a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and generously gave to Charities such as the American Arthritis Foundation, ASPCA, and ChildFund International. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends on the beach with his beloved dog Harley.

Chuck is survived by his three children, Chip Lattanzio (Ali), of Westborough, MA, Meg Lattanzio of McAllister, MT., and Perrin LeBlanc, his brother, Dale Lattanzio and his wife Laura of Sarasota FL, his grandchildren including Pierre, Cassidy, Alexis (Lexi), Tyler, and Cricket. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nancy M. Lattanzio, his parents Charles and Celia Lattanzio, and son-in-law Kelley Bush.

Visiting hours will be held at Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home located at 376 Washington St. Brookline, MA.  January 28th, between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm with Fr. David Joanis of St. Mary's officiating a prayer service beginning at noon. A tribute will be held on Cape Cod at a future date.
